Terms and Conditions of entry

1. Little Kicks free prize draws are open to all UK and Irish Republic residents except for employees of Little Kicks Franchises Limited, Franchisees, their families, coaches and employees, agencies or any other company directly connected with the administration of the promotion, who complete registration on the www.littlekickers.co.uk website by the specified deadlines. You do not need to buy anything to enter.
2. Participants must supply full details as required by the registration form. Information provided by participants in registering will be used by Little Kicks and Little Kicks clients and partners & agents in line with these terms and conditions and the Little Kicks Privacy Policy. All registrations must be completed by the dates specified in the prize draw details on the website, to be considered valid entries. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible or fraudulent entries.
3. Emailed confirmation of registration for a specific prize draw will ensure automatic entry into that prize draw only. Should the registration be cancelled any time during the stated promotional period, the entry will be removed from the prize draw.
4. Only one entry per household. Third party registrations will not be accepted.
5. Prizes for Little Kicks prize draws will be announced on the website at www.littlekickers.co.uk 
6. Prize draw winners will be drawn independently and at random from all valid entries received and will be notified by e-mail within 72 hours of the actual draw date. Winners will be required to confirm acceptance of the prize by replying to the e-mail with 72 hours of the draw date. If a winner does not confirm acceptance of the prize within this period, they will automatically forego the rights to claim for the prize and a new winner will be selected and notified.
7. No alternative prize is available and the prize is not transferable.
8. For winner's details please send an email to: admin@littlekickers.co.uk within 28 days of the draw date.
9. The winner may be asked to participate in non paid publicity accompanying or resulting from any draw. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any promotional activity following the competition.
10. By entering a Little Kicks free prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in promotional material.
11. Little Kicks reserves the right to withdraw or amend any offer, at any time, without notice. Any queries relating to Little Kicks prize draws should be made to admin@littlekickers.co.uk. Little Kicks prize draws are governed by the laws of England.
